Starting therapy can be full of uncertainty, expectations, and doubt. My work with individuals and families emphasizes healing and reducing shame. Together, we will unpack any thoughts, feelings, and experiences that are no longer serving you or your relationships. I will support you and your family in taking stock and sifting through the things that wear on you, and empower you in determining a new way of walking through life.
I have 14+ years experience working with individuals, children, and families. My special interest is in working with new parents and families. I find that the journey you take in building a family can be exciting and wrought with decisions that become overwhelming. Let me walk through this journey with you and your family to support and unpack what overwhelms you.
